Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Milk (oat milk)
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 unit Eggs
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup chopped nuts (optional)
0.5 cup dried fruit (optional)
1/2 cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

    Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well.

    If desired, fold in chopped nuts and dried fruit.
